Clients receive text and video updates every Monday and Thursday, with additional updates as needed. Videos are shared via direct message through our company Instagram.

We typically meet at Mapleton City Park on Monday and Friday mornings, allowing time for exercise and bonding before training starts. Adjustments can be made based on trainer availability, and at-home pick-ups are available for an additional fee.

All dogs are crated at night to ensure their safety and comfort. Crates are located either inside our trainer’s home, or in our exterior kennel setup, depending on your dog’s needs. Our kennels are fully enclosed, insulated, and temperature-controlled to keep your pup cozy and relaxed.

Please send your dog’s food, either labeled or pre-measured by meal, and have them wearing a collar with ID. We provide bowls, crates, bedding, toys, and leashes to guarantee your dog’s comfort. You’re also welcome to send their favorite treats and bedding.

We offer both crate and potty training with our puppy or behavioral boarding programs. Space is limited, so please contact us in advance to secure a spot.

We offer a complementary one-hour follow-up session for each week your dog stays with us. Additional training can be purchased as needed.

We accept reservations up to six months in advance and recommend booking at least three months prior to your desired dates to secure your reservation.

We require a two-week minimum for new clients and a one-week minimum for current or returning clients.

Prior to your dog’s stay, we offer a half hour video consultation to customize your training plan. During their board, your dog will receive daily, intensive training, exercise and socialization tailored to their specific training needs. Our holistic approach focuses on both obedience and behavior modification. At the end of the program, we’ll provide you with a full report of their experience, followup training and a plan to take their skills to the next level.

Our pricing options start at $75 per day for program graduates and go up to $300 per day for intense behavioral modification programs.

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is finalized. Payment can be made in full or through a payment plan at checkout.

While we provide quality training that sets your dog up for success, the long-term outcome depends heavily on the consistency and effort you put into maintaining their training at home. To help you continue reinforcing what your dog has learned, we offer support through follow-up sessions.

E-collars can be a great tool for reinforcing off-leash reliability, but dogs must reach a certain level of obedience before they are ready for e-collar training. Contact us to learn more about our unleashed training programs.
